We had successfully implemented the Sistem Kawal dan Urus Dokumen (SKUD) about 20 years since 1999 as a system to facilitate in managing the data, documents as well as workflow process of the design specification approval.

The currently implemented version of SKUD v3 has been used for the past 10 years with major enhancements and improvement where it was designed, developed, customized, and implemented based on technologies at then.

In 2018, we were re-awarded the MySKUD transformation project which was to enhance and transform the current SKUD v3 system into the new level of enterprise web based system architecture as well as to extend the online services provided to the other new divisions of JKKP.

The new MySKUD system is a gateway solution that provide the online interface communication services between JKKP and its’ client allowing the varieties of application submission and approval types to be done fully electronic and systematically.

Bundled with a comprehensive suite of 50 applications and 100’s more features and functions, it specifically designed to help streamline internal processes, enhance productivity and improve the way of business communication.

We had successfully completed the implementation of Sistem Pengurusan Bangunan (e-Bangunan 2.0) in December 2018.

The objective of the project was to develop new e-Building 2.0 system to replace the existing File Registration System (e-Building 1.0) that has been implemented by Jabatan Kawalan Bangunan using the PHP platform and MS Database Access since 2007.

The e-Building 2.0 is a web based application that provides online services portal for public users and certified agents to submit their building plan application, Completion Certificates (Borang B, G and F) submission as well as the complaint electronically. By having its’ user friendly interface system will helps and facilitate Jabatan Kawalan Bangunan users in managing and controlling their application form registration and approval process workflow electronically.
